Describe HowBadlyDoYouWantThis here.
I don't know where the original url for this license is. This is the license that says "I have something that I can keep secret from you and if you want it or need it badly enough you will pay me for it. Perhaps pay and pay and pay. I need for you to support me and I don't care what you have to give up to get this software and I don't care who needs it and cannot afford this software and neither do you." Lacking documentation, I am paraphrasing from the line I keep hearing as my services shut down.
This sort of license gets a url in the GimpLinks and is represented at
CreativeCommons as
by-nd-nc. I think it is impossible for a software contribution of this magnitude to use the gimp libraries. I have not researched this very well however. If you can get it to appear in a GimpMenu and obey all the licensing demands of the code you are standing on and can still get this license; maybe we should make a SpecialGimpList for you. I really don't think it is possible. There are better ways to approach it than this.
editors note: I have recently tracked my lineage to Archimedes, who (btw) discovered Calculus thousands of years before Newton and Liebniz. Being the first ancestor to link the two, I would like to name it "Ar(c)himedies(c)al(c)ulus (c)Carol Spears" and be the first on that page with a url. This means that if you have software that performs any sort of derivation, integration or differentiation; or even perhaps if you have a gizzmo that uses or behaves like any of this sort of formula, I own it. I am going to put it in the GimpMenu and get my homepage describing this beautiful thing I own and be the first url on the SpecialGimpLinks.
